I am a 67 year old wife, mother and grandmother who had foot and ankle reconstruction surgery on my left foot (12/09/2021). My surgeon finally released me to go into physical therapy at the beginning of March after being in a cast and boot for more than three months (non-weight bearing for the majority of that time). By the 10th (of March) I was ALL IN at CORA Physical Therapy in Cleveland, TN. Tim Mertz, the clinic manager, IS JUST OUTRIGHT AMAZING! He is so firm but gentle in his insistent direction and encouragement! One of the most amazing things that I observed at CORA is the software that so accurately tracks each person’s progress. It uses data driven algorithms that are not just based on what the physical therapist SEES in the patient’s progress, but also every two weeks their software is designed to ask specific targeted questions of the patient themselves, which becomes part of the algorithm for the assessment of progress. I did a lot of research before I had this surgery, but I had no idea how lucky I would be when I was referred to Tim and Crystal (and ALL OF THEIR STAFF who are equally AMAZING)!
