CORA Beaufort provides state-of-the-art treatments with licensed clinicians laser-focused on superior outcomes, specializing in manual therapy and occupational hand therapy, and passionate about personal care. The highly trained staff includes doctors of physical therapy who are Fellows in the American Academy of Manual Therapy. Our nationally certified hand therapists care for patients from post-op through stitch removal, splinting and complete rehabilitation. In fact, we’re the only freestanding clinic in Beaufort County, South Carolina offering hand therapy.
Our Beaufort location offers comprehensive golf and tennis programs that start with a full-body assessment to identify any dysfunction, often before it is even symptomatic. We develop treatment programs to address problem areas so patients can get back to participating in the activities they love!

Meet Your Clinic Manager
Ashley Langford, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, Cert. DN
Ashley graduated with a doctorate of physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2010. He completed extensive training through The Manual Therapy Institute and is a recognized Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy. Ashley’s skills include manipulation, mobilizations, soft tissue massage, PNF training and facilitation for muscular control. He is also dry needling certified through the Spinal Manipulation Institute. He has additional training in specialties including vestibular rehabilitation and post-concussion management and has a personal interest in plant-based nutrition. This South Carolinian has a passion for teaching, learning, running, golf, tennis and enjoying the beautiful Lowcountry with his wife and two boys.
