Meet our Team
Clinic Manager
Michael Palmer, MPT, MHA
A resident of Bedford County, Mike has a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland and earned his MS degree in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. He also received a Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2009. His extensive experience in outpatient physical therapy includes general orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine therapy to rehab high school and collegiate athletes and industrial rehabilitation. As a work comp specialist, Mike performs functional capacity evaluations, post-offer employment testing and designs work hardening and work conditioning programs to rehabilitate injured employees. When he’s not treating patients, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife (also a physical therapist) and two children. You can also find him coaching track and field, with a special interest in distance runners.
