Clinic Manager | Physical Therapist
Elizabeth King PT, DPT
Elizabeth earned her bachelors of science in exercise science from College of Charleston and a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Lynchburg. She is a passionate physical therapist dedicated to continual learning and growth in her clinical practice. She has experience evaluating and treating a wide range of patients, from youth and collegiate athletes to older adults working to improve balance, strength, and overall function. Elizabeth utilizes evidence-based approaches, including dry needling, individualized therapeutic exercise programs, and manual therapy techniques to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and achieve their goals. She is committed to helping individuals move with confidence and supporting them through every stage of their rehabilitation journey. Elizabeth lives in Raleigh with her husband and their two dogs, and she enjoys exploring new restaurants, attending concerts, and staying active together as a family.
