What's Your CORA Story?

The QUALITY, professional care of my therapist, Jocelyn Lara, was apparent from Day 1 at CORA Kendall. Jocelyn exhibited a level of trustworthiness unmatched anywhere else and the entire staff was dedicated to creating a safe and clean environment for COVID-19 safety. Staff is constantly sanitizing EVERYTHING after every single patient. Always on time, I could count on the performance of Jocelyn and the friendliness of all staff members who greeted me. Jocelyn has such an amazing bed side mannerism to her work that it makes patients WANT to go to therapy! She is very attentive, thoughtful, respectful, polite, and just an all around wonderful and fun person to be around. Furthermore, Jocelyn is very, very knowledgeable in medical field and addressed my problems and concerns every time. She explained things in a way so I could understand them which helped me tremendously in my recovery dealing with Sciatica Nerve Pain.
Linda Dupuy
Severe pain in my right shoulder, partially torn rotator cuff and torn biceps tendon and tendinitis brought me to CORA. The professionalism of staff under the leadership of the senior clinic manager, Jocelyn Lara, DPT is what impressed me most. The staff are clearly motivated, caring, empathetic, patient, good teachers, and respectful. The teamwork between staff is in evidence and their good humor is soothing. I arrived with pain, frustrated, and disappointed at my inability to function properly at home as well as my inability to swim, kayak and cycle. I began to get relief at my first session, and felt great improvement with each session. Instead of frustration, I was filled with hope. I began being able to raise my arm with no pain; perform my ADLs at home and begin feeling an upsurge of energy that I had lacked. Ms. Lara and her wonderful staff are truly Miracle Workers!
