What's Your CORA Story?
After many failed attempts of trying to locate a Physical Therapist that showed any interest in me or in my condition, I called the Cora Midtown location here in Kenosha, WI and Mark New answered the phone. While talking with Mark, he made me feel like he was interested in me and rehabbing my shoulder. I could tell because he had a "smile" in his voice and sounded like he cared. After my first visit, I knew I made the right decision. He understood my concerns in getting back bowling. He developed a treatment plan that would help me reach my goal. I found it fun going for treatments. Mark sometimes tells silly jokes, and everybody chimes in with the answer. A very stress-free environment. From my view, Cora Midtown is run very efficiently. The support staff is kind and that all starts with Nora. She keeps the business running smoothly. It isn't easy to juggle appointments, answering phones, dealing with insurance and I'm sure that's only the tip of the iceberg. She helped me a few times with my appointments and insurance and am grateful she handled the task like a pro. Even the Physicians Assistants were helpful in getting me heat, ice and even water after my appointment. They too help Mark at the ready and on time.
