Clinic Manager
Kyrsten Dowling, PT, DPT

Kyrsten is a graduate of Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance. She later went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. There she was trained to utilize a variety of advanced manual therapy techniques including joint mobilizations and myofascial manipulation with Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and cupping. Kyrsten is McKenzie-trained and loves educating patients on self-management of their conditions. She is also certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations and enjoys helping injured people return to work and life.

Kyrsten lives with her husband, Andy, and their spoiled dog, Lily, in Kingsland. In her spare time, she likes to cook, travel, and kayak. She is very excited to be able to care for her community with their issues of pain and disability to help maximize their potential.

What's Your CORA Story?

Here's what others are saying about us:

Today was my last day at CORA Physical Therapy in Kingsland, GA. It was bittersweet. This is the first physical therapy clinic that I actually enjoyed going to! I was being treated for a torn rotator cuff. Kaylena always greeted me by name when entering the clinic and was always extremely friendly even when she was so busy. Kyrsten Dowling, PT, DPT is very observant, caring, gives good appropriate exercises, and helped me overcome constant pain. She always asked how my pain level was since my last visit and would treat me accordingly. Now I am equipped to handle any pain that may arise in the future. I have been given the tools and knowledge to do home exercises to continue to strengthen my muscles. I feel so much better and I have avoided surgery! Before therapy, I thought this could never be accomplished but WOW, I was wrong!
Thank you so much Kaylena and Kyrsten! Both of you are the best and you are my forever physical therapy family if I should ever need it.

Vicky Pease

I was most impressed with Kyrsten's knowledge and attentiveness in regards to my lower back pain. Each session she was able to provide care that helped alleviate a year's worth of pain and provide guidance that allowed me to be better educated on preforming the exercises at home.

Additionally, Kaylena was always a friendly and welcoming receptionist. I appreciated her responsiveness in regards to scheduling my appointments, and her follow up when checking on my well-being.

Both Kyrsten and Kaylena provided excellent service, and made my time as a CORA patient very enjoyable. This is the only time that I have truly enjoyed physical therapy!
