Meet our Team
Kinsey Shouse, DPT
Kinsey was born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri. She attended Drury University where she played 4 years of soccer, and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology. She went to Southwest Baptist University and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. Her passion for sports has led her to attend several continuing education courses focused on treating athletes of all ages. She has a special interest in treating runners, and has done various clinical studies and running assessments using the Dorsa Vi system. She also enjoys working with post-operative patients of any age and getting them back to what they love doing. In her spare time, you will find her playing sand volleyball, hanging out with friends and family, going hiking with her 2 dogs, and attending sporting events.
What's Your CORA Story?
The friendly physical therapists and students are the best. My therapist is Kinsey and she can sure make you feel better by just showing up for your appointment; if you are down and feeling low you will definitely feel better when you leave. Kinsey is always positive and the whole staff at the O'Fallon location works together. They all greet you and are concerned of your progress. After 8 knee surgeries, this is the best physical therapy I have ever experienced. Thank you, Kinsey!
Ashley McFadden is fantastic! After running cross country in high school, I developed IT band issues in my very early 20's that would flare up every time I ran a mile, at most. I could ride a bike 100 miles, but running was not an option. After spending over 12 years 'just dealing with it', I finally decided to give physical therapy a try. Ashley was able to identify the root cause muscle imbalance, design a program of stretching and strength-training, and help provide enthusiasm and motivation to stick with it. I'm now regularly running 10k's, and training for a multi-disciplinary adventure race, all without the IT band knee pain that would have crippled me for days previously after a run. Thank you Ashley, Kinsey, and the rest of the team who helped along the way!
