What's Your CORA Story?
William B.
The friendly physical therapists and students are the best. My therapist is Kinsey and she can sure make you feel better by just showing up for your appointment; if you are down and feeling low you will definitely feel better when you leave. Kinsey is always positive and the whole staff at the O'Fallon location works together. They all greet you and are concerned of your progress. After 8 knee surgeries, this is the best physical therapy I have ever experienced. Thank you, Kinsey!
Matt Sloan
Ashley McFadden is fantastic! After running cross country in high school, I developed IT band issues in my very early 20's that would flare up every time I ran a mile, at most. I could ride a bike 100 miles, but running was not an option. After spending over 12 years 'just dealing with it', I finally decided to give physical therapy a try. Ashley was able to identify the root cause muscle imbalance, design a program of stretching and strength-training, and help provide enthusiasm and motivation to stick with it. I'm now regularly running 10k's, and training for a multi-disciplinary adventure race, all without the IT band knee pain that would have crippled me for days previously after a run. Thank you Ashley, Kinsey, and the rest of the team who helped along the way!
