From Harrogate, TN/Middlesboro, KY:  After entering Middleboro on the Kentucky side of the Cumberland Gap tunnel, head North on US 25E for 15 miles. Turn left at the red light on to Pine Street at the second exit into downtown Pineville. The clinic is located across from the courthouse on the corner of the Pine Street and Virginia Avenue intersection.

From Harlan, KY: Follow US 119 for 25 miles and turn R onto US 25E.  Drive for 1.1 Miles and turn left at the red light on to Pine Street at the second exit into downtown Pineville. The clinic is located across from the courthouse on the corner of the Pine Street and Virginia Avenue intersection.

From Barbourville, KY:  Travel 16 miles on US 25E S/Cumberland Gap parkway and turn right at the red light on to Pine Street at the second exit into downtown Pineville. The clinic is located across from the courthouse on the corner of the Pine Street and Virginia Avenue intersection.
