What's Your CORA Story?
My team of Yvette, Marc, and Kaylie were awesome. There is no sitting around waiting for your next activity. You are constantly working towards your goals and reassessed frequently to tailor your program. My team worked me hard, but were compassionate and modified any exercise if I was experiencing discomfort. CORA's team was professional, yet fun to be around. I enjoyed my therapy so much I've signed up for their Health Program. Oh, and I made great progress and am pain free almost 100% after five weeks.

The cleanliness and professionalism are what impressed me most through rehabilitation from knee replacement. I had a fantastic team which consisted of Yvette, Marc, and Kaylie. They were very knowledgeable and efficient about my therapy. There was no sitting around waiting for your next activity. You are constantly working towards your goals and reassessed frequently. They worked me hard but understood completely and modified any exercise if I was experiencing pain (I've had 5 back surgeries). Thank you, CORA, for getting me back to my old self. I would highly recommend them to other patients.

I have used CORA Physical Therapy, at the Bichara Blvd location, for all 3 rehab programs. Evette and her entire team are excellent; Mark is a particular strength. I have spent enough time working with Mark, and observing him working with others, to appreciate the knowledge and experience he brings to his job every day. I cannot recommend this facility more!

I was extremely impressed by the thoroughness of the initial examination by the physical therapist. The PT Yvette was so perceptive in her questions. She came up with exercises and movements that I can tell have already helped.
I have only had one other experience with a physical therapist here in The Villages and the difference between Yvette ( the physical therapist at Spanish Springs CORA) and the one I had previously experienced was like day and night . Yvette at CORA was obviously very knowledgeable, seemed to really care that she could pinpoint the issue and come up with a program that would solve the problem. She was excellent, so professional.

Caring, dedicated staff. I came here after seeing a chiropractor and my shoulder was getting worse. After working with Yvette and Marc for several weeks, my frozen shoulder greatly improved. Both of them helped me immensely. It was good to go to a facility with such caring, dedicated employees. I highly recommend this location. Also, Emily and Austen were very helpful. I also worked with Dylan a few visits and he was just as caring and dedicated as the rest of the staff.

I refused to accept that limitations for walking, standing, golf, and life activities were being negatively impacted by orthopedic physicians recommending knee replacement surgery. For 5 weeks/12 visits a physical therapy office in The Villages (not CORA) had me working on exercises to improve my muscles to support my arthritic knees. However, their pt routine reduced my ability to walk, changed my gait, and created more limitations to my overall mobility. To avoid leg and lower muscle pain I continued to move less and in turn become less mobile when I did have to walk or stand. Simple daily activities became difficult to perform without “leaning”, “holding” and/or “supporting” my activities with my arms, elbows, etc..
This has All Changed in three weeks and approximately 8 visits to Dr. Yvette Flores at CORA Physical Therapy and her program of PT to get me mobile again. Yes, there are many Physical Therapy choices locally but this practice evaluates each client and “listens” to the feedback provided at each visit. Dr. Flores performed the most comprehensive evaluation I have experienced at any PT facility in the past 20 years of knee, arthritis and back issues.
If you continue to stop moving your limitations will only continue to Expand and cause you to become a “couch potato”…..Please try Dr. Flores and her staff at the CORA Spanish Spring office…...What have you got to lose but some of your Limitations of movement! Incidentally, I now park at the back of the parking lot and enjoy the walk to shop, a couple of months ago I didn’t even go shopping just dropped my wife at the door and waited in the car.
