Meet our Team
Clinic Manager
Joanna Marshall, DPT/CHT
Joanna received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio State University and attended Shenandoah University for her Master’s and Doctor’s in Physical Therapy. She was a professional ballet dancer before entering into the work of therapy. Joanna has been a Certified Upper Extremity Specialist for more than 15 years and has taught several specialty courses on the upper extremity. She is skilled in various manual therapies including a certification in fascial stretch therapy, Graston instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and Maitland manual techniques. Joanna also has a Pilates certification. She has worked with professional athletes and performing artists on Broadway, the PGA, MLB, and NFL for 20+ years. She is committed to treating the entire person using a variety of treatment approaches to ensure that patients meet all their goals.
Joanna lives with her husband, twin children, cats and cranky old English Bulldog in St. Johns. She is an avid marathon runner and personal therapist for her Ironman husband. She loves to travel and gather with friends. Joanna is excited to be part of the CORA family and share her experience and knowledge to help more people meet their goals and have positive therapy experiences.
