Meet our Team
Regional Director
Dr. Catherine (Cat) Morgan, PT, DPT
Cat Morgan is from Windermere, Florida. She went to the University of Central Florida where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 2013 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. She began her physical therapy career in lymphedema and wound care. She then joined the CORA team in August of 2018 and accepted the position of clinic manager of the New Smyrna Beach clinic in September of 2019. She became Senior Clinic Manager for CORA Physical Therapy in Volusia County in 2021 and in 2024 Cat was named Regional Director. She is Dry Needling Certified and also plans to obtain her orthopedic specialist certification in the coming year. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, boating, and spending time with her husband, friends, and her two dogs, River and Ruger.
Clinic Manager
Liz Stout, PTA
Liz Stout was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She went to school at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and graduated in 2019 with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She then went on to a local community college in Corpus, graduating in 2021 with her Associates in Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant. Liz and her husband recently moved to Florida in 2024 after living in Alaska for almost 3 years, where she began my career practicing as a PTA. She and her husband love love love to travel, preferably someplace tropical. She also enjoys paddle boarding, spending time at the beach, and going back to Texas to spend time with family and friends.
