The Clinical Mentoring Program at CORA is designed for all clinicians as they make the transition from student to independent practitioner. Every new employee has the opportunity to participate in this extensive, structured yearlong program as they begin their careers.
Consisting of two components: clinical development and essential operational skills. Every participant has a customized program, tailored to meet discipline specific goals. CORA’s program is unique in that it leverages its own clinical experts and experienced clinicians trained in mentoring to guide participants to achieve their individual career goals.
The program also offers clinical experts the opportunity to develop their own communication and leadership skills while providing guidance, motivation and support to new employees at CORA.
