The friendliness shown by all the staff, from the front desk to the individual therapists, and the high interest of the therapists themselves in helping their patients get better. It’s not just a job. Nicole was brilliant in the way she caused a marked improvement in a short 10 minutes that had not happened in many weeks of prior therapy!
