I learned about how to properly exercise and take care of myself. Before I injured my knee, I was able to do 188 air squats. I had a goal of doing 300. I decided to go back to work on that goal after I finished PT for my knee, but when I assessed how many squats I can do now, I did 419! I learned that you don’t have to push your body to extremes to get huge results. Just be consistent and strategic about how you train. I am very happy about the results I got from the training. My quads have never been stronger. In fact, everything from my ankles to my knees and hips are stronger. I am more flexible and stable. I feel about 150% improved of where I was before I hurt my knee. However, I think the bigger deal is that I will train in a more balanced and safer way for the rest of my life because of what I learned at CORA Palm Beach Gardens.
