CORA Leadership University (CLU) embraces these core values while helping you developing a solid foundation of advanced analytical and functional skills – tools necessary to lead individuals within our organization and take CORA, and your own career, to the next level.
Head: Get on the Track to Success
At CORA, we recognize that each person’s path is a bit different. For that reason, we offer multiple tracks to allow growth for employees at all levels. Our 12-month–long programs are designed to challenge you and push you, both as a leader and a person. They are 70% action learning which includes hands-on projects, group activities and challenges, 20% mentoring and coaching, and 10% formal learning.
The CLU programs provide a culture of networking and teamwork. In a small, diverse group of CORA employees, you will challenge your intellect, enhance your capabilities, and broaden your perspectives.
Programs are flexible and presents many opportunities to connect with a mentor. What’s more, you will graduate with your class as an official CORA Leadership Mentor.
In addition to the 12-month programs, we have eight-week condensed CLU Bootcamps offering much of the same training. We also offer CLU Workshops that feature one or two half-day sessions over a virtual platform. The workshops are hosted/facilitated by certified facilitators, and they are incredibly interactive. The more you go, the more you’ll grow.
