I went to CORA for my rehabilitation from cervical disk replacement surgery and carpal tunnel surgery. The professionalism of all the staff is amazing. Everyone from the receptionist to the management is top of the line. Amari is the best PT I have ever used and I have been to a lot. Kristin at the front desk always has a smile (you can tell even beneath the mask) and a kind word. Claudia has been such a big help keeping my payments in order and that must have been very difficult as my insurance changed a couple of times – what a tremendous help. The student PTA (Rick) they brought in for his internship should absolutely be hired when he has completed his schoolwork. He did such a good job. Lastly is Caitlyn, my PTA. She is amazing, the best ever!!! My neck is getting better with every visit and that wouldn’t have happened without her knowledge and great care. Thank you to each and every one on the staff.
