I had muscle strain and impingement issue with my left arm. No matter where I positioned my arm, I couldn’t get rid of the pain and I was miserable. After 4 weeks of therapy provided by Jim Bould, my pain disappeared! He gave me just right amount of challenges to improve the strength in my arm, and never overloaded me.
