Meet our Team
Clinic Manager
Ted Teberg, PT
Ted earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and then completed the Physical Therapy program Northern Illinois University. He has extensive experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions from head-to-toe, including surgical and non-surgical cases. His main areas of interest are sports injuries and post-surgical shoulder and knee rehabilitation. He has also completed a mini-residency at the University of Minnesota School Of Dentistry, where he received specialized training in treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction, which has become a large part of his practice. Ted’s treatment philosophy centers around a hands-on, individualized approach with a strong emphasis on patient education. He believes that treatment of the entire patient is vital to the recovery process. Ted’s experience has shown him that empowering each patient with knowledge of their condition and having them take an active role in their recovery leads to excellent outcomes and prevention of future impairment. Ted and his family live in Burlington, where he is very active coaching youth sports.
Physical Therapist
Kelly Hensler, DPT, OCS
Kelly earned a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, MO and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Concordia University Wisconsin. She is a member of the Wisconsin chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), including the Orthopedic and Sports Specialty Sections. She is an APTA Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist with extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics. She specializes in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, with particular emphasis on sports medicine. She also has experience in women’s health, pre/post-natal care, sports medicine, and the latest advances in orthopedic treatment. Kelly is committed to providing personalized treatment with a focus on integrating the most recent research into patient care. She believes in actively involving the patient through education on their condition, self-management, body mechanics, and injury prevention. Outside of the clinic, Kelly loves spending time with family, coaching club volleyball, and enjoys all things sports!
