Jessica earned her bachelor degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. Her special interests include pediatrics, sports, amputees, pain management, and tactical athletes. Jessica's passion for working with the tactical athlete population has led her to begin the process of building a program that will bridge injury prevention, rapid rehabilitation, and work-specific strength and conditioning for first responders and military personnel. She especially enjoys working with patients who are eager to learn about themselves, their bodies, and how to maximize the longevity of their physical performance. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two dogs and husband traveling, hiking, and horseback riding.
What's Your CORA Story?
I came to CORA following Total Knee Replacement. Everyone is friendly and very supportive. They work as a team there and appointments were very flexible and convenient.
Martha Weiner
I want to thank each and every one of the staff at CORA Physical Therapy for my successful rehabilitation from frozen shoulder operation. The staff is incredible. They are friendly, welcoming, smiling, and consistent. They work as a team and they make you feel the love. I am doing better because of you. If I had to give them a rating of 1 to 10, I would give them a 20. I hope I won't need your services in the future, but if I ever do, this is where I will go first.
Leo Steffen
My neighbor recommended CORA. What impressed me most was the professional staff. Amy, Tara, and Claire were all special with their approach to my care. I feel so much better and am able to function so much better. I would go back any time I have a need. No other place would be considered.
Russ Hayhurst
The staff is very friendly and personable. What impressed me most is how they listened to me and tailored my sessions to meet my end goals.
Barbara Bruce
All care providers at this location were attentive and interested in my return to good health from neck injury, as well as to the activities that I enjoyed before my injury. I am slowly returning to my regular routine and thank the CORA team for getting me through this difficult time.
Marleen Spengler
MRI results showed torn rotator cuff. Dr. Kim from The Orthopedic center referred me to CORA in lieu of surgery. I was impressed with the knowledge the staff had as well as how friendly they were. I am very happy with the results of my 8 sessions, and have much more flexibility and less pain. I would highly recommend CORA to my friends.
Alan Klein
EVERY THERAPIST that worked with me was knowledgeable and helped me to advance my capabilities. Each therapist provided a different insight as to what would help me to improve and why! I always looked forward to my sessions and felt optimistic each time that I left the clinic! The therapists helped me toward reaching my goals.
Mary Gessler
I was having stability issues and my primary care physician suggested physical therapy. One issue was my inability to get up off the floor and another was going down sets of stairs. Thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of Claire, Amy, Tina, Aaron, Tara, Ellie, and Betty Jo, I am now more confident when going up and down stairs and I can get up off the floor much more easily. They are a "super team" and have terrific personalities with great senses of humor. Thanks to all - big time.
