What's Your CORA Story?
My surgeon's office took me to CORA and I could not be happier. I have been going for over two months for my post-op therapy and I will be forever thankful. The place is extremely clean, there is a very happy environment and everybody is always eager to help you. Their empathy is the best. They are very careful in following the COVID19 safety protocols, which includes cleaning the equipment, keeping distances and mouth covering. The whole staff is the best that I have encountered during all the years that I needed therapy. They are very talented and very committed. I am very happy that I have been blessed with their help. I was impressed by everything from the cleanliness, ambience, knowledge, empathy and their eagerness to make you better. Doctors should recommend this place to more people.

I started going to CORA in Hollywood, Florida following an auto accident. There are a few things I am impressed with including the atmosphere is very warm and friendly and the therapists all take a personal interest in your healing. I am walking on my own now without a cane. When I started, I couldn’t stand more than 5 mins without pain. NOW I can stand a half hour and look forward to going for PT because I feel so much better when I leave.

My husband had a stroke and needed therapy to walk again! The excellent personal care my husband got from Dr. Claudia White and all the staff is what impressed me most. We are very happy that they all are working to help him walk and it is working!

Claudia and Carlos are totally professional with just the right amount of warmth to put people at ease as we progressed in our healing. The facility was well equipped and kept impeccably cleaned. After each piece of equipment was used, it was always wiped down and cleaned. All COVID protocol was strictly adhered to so I felt safe and comfortable.

What I was most impressed with at CORA, is the quality of their services. My therapist is Mr. Carlos A. Pedrera. Mr. Pedrera is a dedicated professional who gives the utmost quality in his therapy. Thanks to him, my legs are recovering. His guidance to patients is second to none. Mr. Pedrera is making it possible for me to walk. Thank you Carlos. If we were asked to rate the performance of Mr. Pedrera he deserves a 10+++++.

I was impressed with the patience, kindness, understanding, guidance, and expertise of the therapists who are there to help patients achieve their goals and empower us with a "can do" attitude. My therapist, Sandra, guided me on a three-month journey, twice weekly, to help me regain range-of-movement in my shattered right arm and elbow. At the start of each hour-long session, there is a hot-towel treatment to relax the muscles before exercise; then, the exercises begin in three-minute sessions, each geared to increase range-of-movement. The bicycle session is a little longer, usually 10-15 minutes, to increase shoulder and arm stretching and movement. At the end of the hour was the cool-down 3-minute ice pack treatment. Sandra encouraged and guided each exercise; she expertly multi-tasked, often with three or four patients, each of us doing different activities which Sandra always documented. As I looked around while exercising, I noticed all the therapists busy and engaged with their patients. I looked forward to going to CORA; the hour always passed quickly and was of great benefit. I highly recommend CORA, not only for exceptional therapists, but for the welcoming staff as you enter. The facility is immaculate and warm and inviting. Thank you, CORA, for my 5-star experience at your 5-star CORA in Hollywood. I now have full mobility of my elbow and right arm. I highly recommend CORA.
